At Builders Choice, we don’t take the process of fulfilling your flooring needs lightly. We plan your project carefully, from selection to installation, and guide you every step of the way. Your Design Consultant will explain all of your options, and assist you in making the perfect selections.

Our Estimators make an on-site visit to measure the job, so we can provide you with an accurate job cost, and be certain that any special issues on your site are taken into account, before your order is processed.

Your order is then input into our system, and treated as if you were a member of our family. Every step, from material ordering to installation scheduling, is done with your input and approval. Whenever necessary, our Installation Supervisors make pre-installation, during installation, and post completion site visits.

You will have ongoing access to our Scheduling Department during the entire process, and no questions will remain unanswered. Our dedicated Customer Service department will contact you after installation to answer any questions you might have and assist you in any way possible.
